These are images I'm considering for inclusion in the print portfolio I described in my blog http://theroadtothegoodlife.blogspot.com/2008/03/subjective-nature-of-portfolio.html). Initially I was cropping all images to 8x10. When I shoot, I aim to get the shot right "in camera" and hadn't been leaving edge details that would enable easy resizing from 4x6 to 5x7 to 8x10. For compositions that lost their look in the 8x10 format, they were left at a 4x6 ratio and printed at 8x12. My portfolio is a 12x12 book which will accommodate both the 8x10 and 8x12 format.
